The San Dimas Farmers Market accepts food stamps also known as SNAP or EBT.

This program is essential in our area as only a few farmers markets accept food stamps in the greater Los Angeles area.

To see if you are eligble to receive food stamps, click here to visit the USDA FNS Eligibility Screening Tool.

To apply, you can do it by mail through the Los Angeles County Health and Nutrition Hotline 1(877) 597-4777.

After applying for food stamps, you must be given a decision within 30 days.

Households CAN use Food Stamp / EBT / SNAP benefits to buy:

Foods for the household to eat, such as:
-- breads and cereals;
-- fruits and vegetables;
-- meats, fish and poultry; and
-- dairy products.

Seeds and plants which produce food for the household to eat.
